Environmental
Dedicated to maintaining a pollution-free environment for its surrounding community. We continuously improve our facilities and processes to ensure compliance with environmental standards and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This commitment to sustainability is at the core of our operations, helping us minimize our environmental impact while meeting the needs of our customers.
Actively participating also in the community’s environmental projects and activities in coordination with Department of Environment & Natural Resources / Environmental Management Bureau, such as coastal clean-up and tree planting. The company also adopted the nearest body of water in the plant – the Sawang Creek, wherein maintaining its cleanliness is of top priority. This is in coordination with EMB as part of the agency’s collaboration with ALINDECO.
SOCIAL
Supports school of Balading, Malinao, Albay by providing cleaning assistance to school grounds. Distribution of empty drums to schools, churches, hospitals, LGU’s and other government agencies to be used as garbage receptacles, containers for plants and other uses is also being done. Community programs, activities/festivities are supported through financial sponsorship and financial subsidy to the projects of the barangay as well as funeral assistance to residents of the barangay. ALINDECO also provides potable water to the community.
ECONOMIC
ALINDECO continuously working to sustain its performance despite the global economic challenges and climate change through regular assessment of economic risks. Improving energy efficiency, using biofuels, reduction of unnecessary wastes and other cost are some of the practices being implemented. Sustaining high quality products and continuous support to the partner-suppliers and government agencies to strengthen and improve the quality of raw materials, help the company saves wastages and additional costs.
EDUCATIONAL
Provides an ON-THE-JOB training to students and work immersions as required by schools as well as laboratory use and technical knowledge for professionals and students’ experiments and research.
